Free two man special delivery (UK wide) with every Rocket machine. We also maintain and service your Rocket machine at your home so you don't need to send it to us. All Rocket machines are bench tested by our Rocket trained engineers prior to delivery.
All Rocket Espresso machines are covered by a 2 year parts and 1 year labour warranty with ourselves as an official Rocket Espresso UK dealer. This warranty is for domestic customers only.
This warranty is subject to the customer following the instructions for use and maintenance guidelines supplied by Rocket Espresso, and does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the machine.

Delivery Information
Machines and grinders are delivered to you by our specialist delivery partner Arrow XL to ensure safe delivery and handover of your Rocket. On the next working day after you place your order Arrow will send you an email/text message with their booking calendar so you can book a convenient day for delivery. We send accessories separately by DPD

As Official UK Distributor for Rocket Espresso we keep Rocket machines in stock at our UK warehouse for next day dispatch, and arrival within 2 to 3 days depending on your location. We use a specialist delivery team for extra care for free in mainland Britain, to ensure safe delivery and handover of your Rocket.
We have our next shipment of Rocket machines and grinders in the middle of each month so any pre-orders placed now will be delivered as soon as they arrive from Milan.
