Servicing
Servicing costs are not covered under the machine warranty and engineers will need to be paid directly for any booking. Please see our list of approved independent Rocket Engineers here.
Warranty
If you purchased your Rocket through Pro Espresso and it is still within the warranty period please first see our Quick Guide to check if it is a maintenance issue requiring a service due to wear and tear, or limescale buildup, or whether a faulty part needs replacing under warranty. Please send us a message via the link here if you believe it is a warranty issue and include the date of purchase, your name and email and a brief description of issue.
